Terms & Conditions for Custom Song Requests

By purchasing a custom song request, you agree to the following:

Payment:  All custom videos are $20 USD.  Payment is due before work begins and can be made via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.

Delivery:  Videos are typically delivered between 3-5 business days.  We will contact you via email to confirm the details of your custom request.

Usage:  Your video may be posted to Violet's official social media pages (e.g., TikTok & Instagram).  If you would prefer it to remain private or want it emailed directly instead, just let us know!

Refunds:  Because each vido is custom-made, we do not offer refunds once your request is confirmed and work has begun.

Creative Control:  While we love your ideas, we reserve the right to adapt requests to match Violet's style, tone, and safety. (She is a diva, after all).
